Catching some of those rainy day blues and looking for a little pick-me-up??
has just the thing!
What you'll need:
- High power blender
- Two cups Almond milk
- 1 cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
- One Frozen Banana
- One tsp Spirulina
- 2 tsp Chia Seed
- 1/4 Cup Oatmeal
Put your Chia seeds, Oatmeal, and 1/2 cup Almond milk in a mason jar.
(You can do this the night before, or let it sit for about 20 minutes.)
Blend the rest together on high for about 30 seconds - to a minute.
(Depending on how smooth you want it.)
Pour on top of your Chia mixture, and there you have it!
