The other 'S' word

I'm pretty sure I don't just speak for myself when I say 'Spirulina' taste a lot like a word that kinda sounds like 'Ship'......

However here at Authentique Cafe we are determined that: If it's good for you, we'll try to make it taste good to you! So here goes something...

What you'll need: A blender 1/4 cup- Kefir (or Greek yogurt) 2 cups -Almond milk 1/2 cup Chia Seeds 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oatmeal 1 cup of Spinach 1 Frozen Banana 1/2 cup Frozen Berries And the main act itself: 1 tsp of spirulina

(If you're feeling fancy, or are trying to show off how good of a smoothie maker you are on Facebook/Instagram/Linkin. Throw in some extra fruit to garnish with at the end.) 😉

Here's how ya' do it: -Put Chia seeds and Oatmeal in a lidded mason jar, with 1 cup of almond milk overnight; or give it enough time to soak into the oats. (Feel free to add some vanilla extract and sweetener like honey, molasses, or agave for taste.) -Then throw the rest of the ingredients including the extra cup of almond milk into the blender. -Pour on top of oatmeal and chia seeds -Garnish, and show off to your friends!🥒🍊🍓💕💪😍
