So, I would be lying if I said I even remotely like beets...
To me they more resemble the taste of earthy sour dirt, than that of a delicious vegetable.
However for those of us that feel this way, there is hope for getting these nutrient-rich little suckers into our diets..
All you'll need is:
- A juicer or a strong blender
- 3 beets
- 2 small apples
- 1/2 cup of pineapple
( I strongly recommend only using organic. I'll go over some of the major reasons why in a later post.)
Then presto change-o!!!
